We are a C Grade band (newly promoted from D Grade following National Contest in 2005) based in Levin, the largest town in the Horowhenua district, on the west coast of the lower North Island of New Zealand. We are one of eight bands that make up the Wellington District Brass Bands Association (WDBBA), itself affiliated to the Brass Bands Association of New Zealand (BANZ).
Rehearsals are on Thursday nights at 7:30, in the bandroom, 82 Weraroa Rd (not quite opposite Horowhenua College). The bandroom phone number is (06) 3679835.
